The company was founded in 1995 in Uppsala as an engineering company. Today we are full-service distributor of power transmission products and services med premises in Knivsta, Norrköping and Malmö.

- 1995 – Bronco Transmission was founded in Uppsala
- 2009 – Move to the new office and workshop in Knivsta
- 2022 – Bronco becomes a part of Jens S. Group and Axel Johnson International
- 2025 – The company expand with new office and workshop in Klinga outside Norrköping
